On May 15, BeatNest is bringing the energy to the Stationery Factory for BeatNest Live, a night celebrating DJs, producers, and music lovers who are building a vibrant creative community around electronic music.
Expect a night of great sets, packed dance floors, and the kind of atmosphere that only happens when talented students and music appreciators come together. Whether you’re already spinning tracks, want to support a student, or just love discovering new sounds, BeatNest Live is for you.

Summer Camp Spotlight
Looking for a creative summer experience for your child? BeatNest Summer Camps give kids the chance to explore music production, DJing, songwriting, and live performance in a supportive, hands-on environment. Hosted at BeatNest’s studio in downtown Pittsfield, these camps help young artists build confidence, collaborate with peers, and create real music they can share with friends and family.
Here’s what’s happening this summer:
🎧Spin Club
August 3 – August 7
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
$250
Kids become DJs in this hands-on camp where they learn how to mix songs, use real DJ gear, and build their own mini DJ sets.
Students explore:

Beatmatching and transitions

Mixing different styles of music

Using professional DJ equipment

Performing their music for others
It’s a fun introduction to DJ culture and performance that builds creativity and confidence.
⭐Pop Star Studio
August 10 – August 14
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
$450
Step into the studio and create an original pop song from start to finish.
During the week, students will:

Write their own lyrics

Record vocals in the studio

Produce beats and arrange songs

Design their own album artwork
The week ends with a final showcase celebrating their music. Perfect for kids who love to sing, write, and express themselves creatively.

🎤Stage Ready
August 17 – August 21
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
$450
This camp focuses on turning music into a live performance experience.
Students collaborate to:

Rehearse and arrange music

Develop stage presence

Perform for an audience
The week concludes with a live showcase for friends and family, where students perform as real artists.

Is your child between ages 11 and 14 and interested in taking on a leadership role this summer?
BeatNest also offers a Junior Leaders Program, giving older students the opportunity to assist during camp, develop leadership skills, and be part of the BeatNest creative community.
